Called to see if it was walk in or by appointment. I needed my hair styled. I was given a 4pm appointment. At 4:20 I asked if it would be much longer. No. At 4:30 I was told the stylist was having something to eat. At 4:40 the stylist came out told me she would be available at 5pm. I asked if anyone else could do my hair. No answer. So I cancelled my appointment. Don't give appointments that you can't fulfill. If a customer knows it's first come, first serve they know what to expect. An appointment should be honoured.
